1-YEAR LIMITED CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY
Nexus stands behind your purchase. If you experience an issue with manufacturing or craftsmanship, we will provide you with a new item at no cost to you.
BROKEN & LOSTS REPLACEMENTS INCLUDED
If you break or lose your eyewear, we will send you a brand new pair – no matter what happened at a 50% discounted rate. That includes FREE Shipping. Eyewear that is broken has a max of 2 replacements in a 12 month period from the delivery date of the original item. Eyewear that is lost or stolen will only have 1 replacement in a 12 month period from the delivery date of the original item.
We strive to make it as simple as possible and we understand things can happen.
Craftsmanship and broken\lost replacements are for the same item from original purchase. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, the customer will have the option for a “like model” of equal or lesser retail value.
